My Top 5 Holiday Gifts for Your Favorite People
I think you'll agree that over the last couple of years, we've found ourselves spending more time at home than ever. But, I also believe that it's really the simple pleasures that are so rewarding, like a warm cup of coffee on a cold winter day, the organization that makes chores seem a little easier, and pretty things that make us smile.
This year, these things are at the root of my 2021 Holiday Gift Guide.
1. De'Longhi Vertuo Plus Deluxe Coffee & Espresso Maker with Aerocinno Frother
For: Coffee Lovers
Recently Mike & I were assisting with getting our daughter & her family settled into their new home in Brentwood, TN. While we were waiting on the moving truck (which took 5 days to arrive after our arrival), we ended up purchasing De'Longhi Vertuo to help us through the day. Now, Mike & I are very much Starbucks lovers, so we were not necessarily sold on this. But we found ourselves rising early to enjoy our favorite brew. It turned out to be a very productive week settling them in, thanks to the De'Longhi Vertuo. No more coffee runs.
2. Capri Blue Matte Jar Candle in Latte
For: The New Homeowner
Is there someone on your list who bought a new home in 2021, and you haven't gotten around to buying them a gift yet? The Capri Blue Volcano Jar Candle is a gift they will love and cherish. I love the Latte scent because it's not overwhelming. It's a perfect candle to enjoy while having breakfast. I'm a big fan of lighting a candle in the morning to get your day off on the right foot. Be sure to read my earlier blog post for more on that.
The jar is beautiful and can be repurposed to hold buttons or change. To remove the remaining wax, place the jar on a sheet pan in a warm oven (around 200 degrees) for 10 minutes. Then you can pour the remaining wax into a disposable container and wipe it out with a paper towel. Any residual wax can be removed by running hot water into the jar for several minutes.
3. 16" Faux Olive Leaf Potted Plant ~ Hearth & Hand with Magnolia
For: The Stylish One
Although I love fresh plants occasionally, there is a spot in a home that just doesn't receive enough light to keep it alive. Some homeowners love the look of greenery but just don't want the maintenance. Well, here is the perfect solution. This pretty 16' Faux Olive Leaf Potted Plant looks fresh and is in a beautiful wood pot. The price is so affordable you'll want to purchase one for yourself too.
4. Vinglace Wine Chiller~Portable Insulator Sleeve for Champagne and Wine Bottles
For: The Wine Lover
The Wine Lover loves getting wine-related gifts. I know because I'm married to one. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy reaping the benefits of being married to a Wine Connoisseur (3 Tier Sommelier), but this man's favorite pastime (besides watching football) is learning about wine. I will be very surprised if one of his friends or one of our children doesn't purchase the Vinglace Wine Chiller for him this year because I know he would love it. The convenience of chilling a bottle to just the right temperature sounds perfect, doesn't it?
5. Honey Can Do Set of 3 Seagrass Baskets in Natural
For: The Busy Parent
These Honey Can Do Baskets are the perfect way to sort laundry or organize toys. They are so pretty to look at. They have a warm texture that is much more appealing than plastic organizers. These would be the perfect gift for the busy parent. In fact, I think I'll order a few sets for my daughter and son for their families.
I happen to have a love for shopping. That's why I love my profession and the Holiday Season. However, I know that not all of you share my passion, so I hope My Top 5 Holiday Gifts for Your Favorite People will make your shopping experience a pleasure and allow you to find more time to enjoy this beautiful season.
Happy Holidays,
Celeste
