How to Know if Virtual Interior Design is Right for You
You have a vision, and your creative mind can picture your renovation transformation, but pulling it all together? It feels like a daunting task. You aren’t sure which of your ideas are the right ones, what to do first, or which materials to trust for quality. In other words, you would love some professional design direction without the project management (or fees) that come with full-service interior design.
The answer? Virtual interior design! When you work with a virtual interior designer, you can have the best of both worlds — a space that looks professionally designed while still getting to be hands-on yourself.
Today, I’m sharing how our Virtual Interior Design Service works and the process we use to serve you.
How Does it Work?
Step 1. Getting to Know You & Your Home
After you purchase a Virtual Design package from us, you will complete the client profile. The client profile helps us get to know you and your family’s preferences. You’ll answer questions about your likes, dislikes, and preferences for color and style. We will continue to reference this tool during the course of your project.
If you’re starting with a smaller project, I’d recommend the Pick My Brain package. This package includes two 1-hour Zoom sessions to answer your questions, help prioritize your projects, and start with selections right on the call, via screen sharing. We can accomplish quite a bit in these sessions.
Step 2. We Use Visual Tools to Create Your Design Concept
If you’re not a designer, it may be difficult to imagine your finished project. That’s ok! We have tools for selecting products and sharing them visually. Using these tools, you will be able to get a great sense of the finished look, and you will be able to trust the final design before you make any purchases. Confidence is included.
Depending on your package, we may ask that you provide us with measurements of your space. This is to help us select or suggest product dimensions that are the right scale for your room. We will send you instructions on how to provide us with accurate measurements.

Step 3. Implement
To make it easy-breezy for you to implement the final design, we provide you with product links you can use for purchasing. If you’re furnishing a space, you will be able to implement your furniture and accessories into the room as soon as you receive them, following the visualized design concept we created together.
If you're planning a renovation or are building a new home, our Renovation & New Build Consultation Package would be an excellent package for you. This package features four 1-hour Zoom Sessions to assist you along the way, as any questions or concerns pop up. (Which they always do!)
